perl-RDF-RDFa-Generator failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f42

Please fix perl-RDF-RDFa-Generator at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
perl-RDF-RDFa-Generator will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
perl-RDF-RDFa-Generator will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This is triggered by upgrading perl-Test-Warnings from 0.033-2.fc41 to 0.034-1.fc42.
