Please fix realtime-tests at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
realtime-tests will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
realtime-tests will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The problem was a conflict that existed between sched_setattr and sched_getattr in glibc and in realtime-tests
A simpler solution will be possible once glibc updates to 2.41

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
