Please fix soundmodem at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
soundmodem will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
soundmodem will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.

Benson, are you still working on this? I took a look and the homepage specified in the SPEC file is down. I found a fork on github but it hasn't been updated in 7 years. This project looks to be dead and the FTBFS problem is now blocking the sbin merge change.

The source has moved to GitLab.  It does build for me locally if I do not use Fedora build flags.

Interesting... Though there only seems to be 2 meaningful commits in the gitlab repo over the github repo.
