This is due to a breaking change in OpenImageIO, which had an update to 3.x committed to dist-git some months ago that had never been built; the update was accidentally shipped when the package was rebuilt for the F42 mass rebuild.

Discussion is in bug 2339934; the leading plan is to downgrade OpenImageIO with an Epoch.

Once that’s dealt with, it should be possible to build USD 25.02, resolving both the FTBFS of bug 2341492 and the FTI of this bug.
