This CVE doesn't impact use-cases where the Container Device Interface specification is used [1].

Toolbx only uses NVIDIA Container Toolkit on the host to generate a Container Device Interface specification for the devices on the host. Toolbx never uses NVIDIA Container Toolkit inside the container.
