Description of problem:
smplayer 24.5.0-1 requires yt-dlp 
But there is no yt-dlp package in EPEL9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
24.5.0-1.el9

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install smplayer package (eg with dnf install smplayer)
2. install fails due to missing requirement yt-dlp
3.

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides yt-dlp needed by smplayer-24.5.0-1.el9.x86_64
