SDL_RenderFillRect() doesn't rend
anything with software renderer.
See upstream URL for details.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use SDL_RenderFillRect() on software renderer

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Filled rect.

The fix is being currently
work on by upstream. I am
opening the ticket to get
the fresh package once fixed.
