Description Neal Gompa 2025-02-21 12:31:46 UTC
There are a number of issues in Miriway that hamper the LXQt experience:

* Misalignment of menus in bottom/right panel
* Usage of Qt's broken window borders
* No cursor shape change on resizable edges, it's very hard to resize windows.
* Crash on start of any DND movement in pcmanfm-qt
* Panel crashes when trying to DND an app icon to quicklaunch from fancy menu.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 42-beta by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

Fixing these issues will significantly improve the Fedora LXQt experience

Comment 2 Neal Gompa 2025-02-21 12:35:52 UTC
The menus issue seems to be a layer-shell-qt bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500520

There's a workaround for Mir for it though: https://github.com/canonical/mir/pull/3764
