Please branch and build python-scikit-build in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain python-scikit-build in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: kkeithle);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-scikit-build/adduser

please build both epel10 (i.e. epel10.1) and epel10.0

Ideally we shouldn't add new dependents to `python-scikit-build` and instead try to migrate them to `python-scikit-build-core`. Blosc2 already switched back in `3.x`, and this is the only remaining real dependency left. Could you try an impact-check of updating https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2345587, afaict, there isn't a breaking change introduced there

not required for python-blosc2 > 3.x
