Plasma Discover has some shortcut keys corresponding to entries at the side pane but the shortcut indicator points to the localized string and there are no way to interact with it.  This happens at least on Japanese locale.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run plasma-discover on LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8

Actual Results:  
The underline which indicate a shortcut key points to Japanese character and unable to interact with any keys for it.

Expected Results:  
shortcut keys should be assigned to ASCII characters as well as English locale.
