I'm happy to handle this build (and ongoing maintenance) if added as a co-maintainer. My FAS is carlwgeorge. Will you be able to branch and build picocom in epel10? yes. This is on my todo list, I am just busy. ;) I'll hopefully get it this weekend when I have time for packaging work. Incoming.
