A build error caused by cmake update needs to be fixed first.

Then package just needs to be rebuilt to get new version of libpoppler

Hrm, weird. I just built gdcm the other day and didn't run into this issue. Looks like when I re-built it for the dcmtk soname bump, the side tag didn't pick up the new poppler version somehow. I'll go rebuild and see what's going on.
