python-eyed3 BuildRequires python3-nose.

python-nose will be retired from Fedora 43. Please drop this requirement or retire python-eyed3 as well.

python3-nose was deprecated  in Fedora for 5 years.

Thanks for fixing this. However, disabling all the tests seems like a rather strong solution.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-eyed3/pull-request/6 enables them again, but drops the unused BR on nose.
