Description of problem:
Currently there was an option of Vault kms provider in SSE-KMS. Now we are adding a KMIP option in dropdown too.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to object -> Configurations
2. Click on Create button to create a configuration. There is a modal open.
3. In modal Select SSE-KMS and in KMS provider dropdown select kmip.
4. All the fields releated to kmip will be displayed in modal
5. After filling all the details in the form. Click on submit.
6. The list on the page below will show the created configuration

Actual results:

KMIP option added in the dropdown. And the list contain kmip configuration after creation

Expected results:

KMIP option added in the dropdown. And the list contains kmip configuration after creation
