Please branch and build python-mock in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain python-mock in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: kkeithle);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-mock/adduser

python-mock is deprecated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/DeprecatePythonMock

I won't branch it in EPEL.

Instead, I can look at python-google-auth-oauthlib to see if the dependency can be avoided.
