Description of problem:

NFS Exports page is being revamped to NFS Clusters page and the export listing is moved inside the expanded view of the selected cluster. This is to bring the Cluster specific QoS configuration into the view.

Also, for now, the cluster cannot be created through this page. The cluster should be created through the services page by creating an nfs service, which then will show the cluster over the NFS page.
