singularity-ce imports only the ebpf library code from github.com/cilium/ebpf - it does not provide cilium networking.

It is not clear how this CVE has been assigned to singularity-ce, given that it is not associated with github.com/cilium/ebpf which is the declared bundled dependency. The CVE is associated with github.com/cilium/cilium
