Please update to python-Automat-24.8.1 in F41 so we can update to python-twisted-24.11.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build python-twisted-24.11.0 in F41
2. Build failure.
Actual Results:  
Failed to resolve the transaction:

No match for argument: python3dist(automat) >= 24.8
[...]


Expected Results:  
We can update Python Twisted.

Closing this as WONTFIX. F42+ is now fully updated. F41 will remain on python-twisted-23. If we get all of the dependencies updated, we can re-evaluate the upgrade in F41.
