The update doesn't depend on libpisp, it can be built without it. AFAIK libpisp is needed only for a newly added support for rpi5, its absence doesn't break anything. libcamera can be rebuilt for the added functionality with libpisp once it is available.

I created a separate bz2357897 to track the rebuild with libpisp.
