Description of problem:

on a laptop lenovo 3000 N100 0768-FLG with a hda-intel and Realtek ID 862
I cannot get sound 
except if I put acpi=ht in the kernel boot line

How reproducible:

every time

Actual results:
with acpi=ht I cannot monitor the batery and i cannot shutdown properly the system


Expected results:

have sound without comnand acpi=ht
