This is a tracking bug for Change: Packit as a dist-git CI

The mechanism that launches CI builds and tests on Testing Farm in response to a pull request in dist-git will be changed. A solution based on Packit will replace current solutions (Fedora CI and Zuul).

Phase 3 has been completed, for projects/packages that have opted in Packit now runs scratch build, installability check and user-defined TMT tests: https://packit.dev/fedora-ci/jobs

I find it surprising that there are zero hits for the word "Konflux" in this change proposal. I can think of several places to add it - especially with reference to active work on migrating package builds to Konflux, the use of Konflux for container-native workflows and how CI/gating happens there etc.
