Tasks:
* Change configuration to start providing lastlog2 functionality
* Create lastlog -> lastlog2 symbolic link
* Migrate lastlog database to lastlog2 during the upgrade process

The liblastlog2 has been enabled in rawhide since util-linux-2.41-2.fc43.

The next step is to use the library and PAM module in /etc/pam.d/postlogin (maintained by autoselect) and disable the old last log (maintained by shadow-utils).
