The default tcl version in Fedora-42 is tcl9.0, but the bwidget is still built for tcl8.6.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wish
2. % package require BWidget


Actual Results:
can't find package BWidget


Expected Results:
Users can use mega widgets in Bwidget

Additional Information:
Please upgrade to `1.10.1` since it contains many fixes for Tcl9/Tk9:
