Attempt to use hp-plugin installer from hplip-3.25.2-2.fc42.x86_64 fails with checksum error

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.25.2)
Plugin Download and Install Utility ver. 2.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start hp-plugin
2. Select "Download and install the plug-in from an HP authorized server (recommended)"
Actual Results:
Popup "/home/user/.hplip/hplip-3.25.2-plugin.run file does not match its checksum. File may have been corrupted or altered" and installation is aborted.

Expected Results:
Appropriate hplip plugin gets installed.
