Installation of Fedora 42 failed when installing the bootloader.

Installer WebUI Critical Error:
org.fedoraproject.Anaconda.Error: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 106: invalid start byte

Please attach the log file /tmp/webui.log to the issue.

I turned "Secure Boot" on in the BIOS after having deleted all the existing partitions that were on the hard disk I was trying to install Fedora 42 to, and the problem stopped occuring. I think it was the Secure Boot that was doing it though, because after I enabled that is when I stopped seeing this bug.
