Description of problem:
Please add lua-posix to EPEL 10 (10.0 and 10.1).  It was previously in the AppStream repo, but has been removed so it is now eligible for EPEL.  Two other packages in EPEL depend on it (Lmod and lua-readline), and its absence is causing those packages to be uninstallable.
