Please branch and build libmcrypt and libmcrypt-devel in epel10.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum search libmcrypt-devel
2. yum install libmcrypt-devel

The latest libmcrypt version 2.5.8 was released 18 years ago.

Who seriously still relies on this dead cow for "security" features ?
