PyO3 0.25 is releasing today with Python 3.14 support. Once it has been fully released and is packaged, we can start to try porting Python extensions written in Rust to the new PyO3 version and see whether they have Python 3.14 issues of their own, or just needed a compatible PyO3. FEDORA-2025-eb5327cefd (python-jiter-0.10.0-1.fc43, rust-jiter-0.10.0-1.fc43, and 1 more) has been submitted as an update to Fedora 43. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-eb5327cefd FEDORA-2025-eb5327cefd (python-jiter-0.10.0-1.fc43, rust-jiter-0.10.0-1.fc43, and 1 more) has been pushed to the Fedora 43 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
