Description of problem:

Please branch and build cpuid in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain cpuid in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (Peixiu Hou phou);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/<package>/adduser

Hi Fabian, 

I'm a QE on the RHEL Product, we also need the cpuid package at the epel repo to run some tests. So I proposed this issue here. Could you help to check this requirement?
