Description of problem: pdns-recursor missing from EPEL 10 repo


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): any


How reproducible: dnf search pdns


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf search pdns
2. All parts of PowerDNS available except recusor

Actual results: All parts of PowerDNS available except the recursor


Expected results: pdns-recursor available for install


Additional info: Apologies if this is already being taken care of.  Not sure if it was left out by accident?
