Description of problem:
We are using some EPEL packages as part of our daily RnD activities.

The rr-5.6 package from EPEL 9 is dated. For instance it can't handle Raptor Lake processor: https://github.com/rr-debugger/rr/commit/fcb243c6b6ee3c7d91c067fc932ed0adca2ad13a.

Would it be possible to have at least rr-5.7 in EPEL9?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7 or higher if possible. x86_64 and also aarch64 architectures would be great.
