Description of problem:
We are using utilities (scanelf, lddtree, symtree...) from the pax-utils EPEL package as part of our daily RnD activities.

The pax-utils package is available in EPEL 8 but can't be found in EPEL10. 

Would it be possible to have pax-utils in EPEL10?

Sorry my workload does not allow me to become a co-maintainer for this package.
