This problem is in the automatic tests of the pyproj package build, and was triggered by the upgrade of the proj package from version 9.6.1 to 9.6.2.
I could reproduce the problem on my local system in a container running Fedora-43, so it is not related to recent changes in rawhide such as the python upgrade to 3.14.

Unfortunately, the numerical differences that trigger the tests to fail are large, not just small rounding errors, and it is beyond my expertise to judge which proj version gives the correct answer. Therefore we have to wait for upstream to investigate the issue.
