The dependency chain is pybv > mne > nilearn > plotly > […]. This chain can be broken by disabling plotly in nilearn, but there would still be some test failures in nilearn, even if we updated to a current snapshot, so further work would be required.

I can fix python-pybv (if fixes are needed) if the dependencies are built successfully.
