Bug 2372868

Description of problem:
After resuming from suspend, via google chrome I visited a github URL, specifically this one:
  https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/compare/master...n-hys:illumos-gate:osport/v2021.07

Skia graphics renderer crashed or something.. it led to various other errors on cosmic desktop, eventually applet crashed
 2 kernel OOPS happened and one of them was spin lock that made the kernel unrecoverable and rendered the system completely not responding! Display froze! had to hard reset to get the system back!
