Description of problem:

The current EPEL repositories do not yet include opendmarc for EPEL10.

I have successfully rebuilt opendmarc-1.4.2-29.el9.src.rpm from EPEL9 for AlmaLinux 10 (EL10) without patching. All RPMs install and operate as expected.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
opendmarc-1.4.2-29.el10 (rebuilt from EPEL9)

How reproducible:
100% reproducible on AlmaLinux 10 (x86_64)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download SRPM from EPEL 9: opendmarc-1.4.2-29.el9.src.rpm
2. Rebuild with rpmbuild on AlmaLinux 10
3. Install RPMs and start opendmarc.service
4. Works with Postfix milter integration

This package is currently missing from EPEL10, despite being available and stable in EPEL9.

As many mail server environments depend on `opendmarc` for DMARC validation with Postfix milters,  
having it in EPEL10 would improve continuity for users migrating from CentOS 7 or EL9.

Please consider branching this package to epel10. I have confirmed it builds and works without modification on AlmaLinux 10.
