PackageKit-command-not-found not working on a new installation of Fedora 43 Rawhide 20250616.n.0 nightly compose.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run an uninstalled program, such as fastfetch
2. Respond with "y" to the installation prompt
3. Error appears
Actual Results:
$ fastfetch

This still happens with today's F43 branched nightly compose.

This still happens with Fedora-Workstation-Live-43_Beta-1.3.x86_64.iso (Fedora 43 Beta 1.3)

Can you try again with latest libdnf? This may have been a symptom of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2372978 . Thanks!
