Description of problem:
Similar to bug 2355675, nginx-mod-headers-more in EPEL 10.0 requires `nginx(abi) = 1.26.2`, but RHEL 10.0 shipped with nginx 1.26.3.  Please rebuild the package so that it requires `nginx(abi) = 1.26.3`.

1. dnf install nginx-mod-headers-more


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides nginx(abi) = 1.26.1 needed by nginx-mod-vts-0.2.2-11.el10_0.x86_64 from epel


Expected results:
successful installation
