Description of problem:
Package python-django4.2 fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide when built with tests

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.20-3.fc43

Steps to Reproduce:
Switch the tests bcond to run the tests.
Run a mockbuild in Fedora Rawhide.


Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Ran 16348 tests in 585.284s

FAILED (failures=13, errors=1196, skipped=1327, expected failures=5)

The test output is too long to paste here, but it looks like this version needs at least a variant of the commit added to django 5: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-django5/c/33e354c1696366217642ebb721a4c2958e152d55?branch=rawhide
