Please branch and build scotch in epel10/10.0.

If you do not wish to maintain scotch in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/scotch/adduser

I think all the deps are present, but it currently fails to build with:

-- Looking for pthread_setaffinity_np - found
cc1: error: argument to ‘-O’ should be a non-negative integer, ‘g’, ‘s’, ‘z’ or ‘fast’
CMake Error at src/CMakeLists.txt:133 (string):
  string sub-command FIND requires 3 or 4 parameters.

Will you be able to branch and build scotch in epel10/10.0?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: orion).

Yes, I agree that it builds fine - I requested an epel10 branch, (I am the epel maintainer), but I'm getting rejected on attempting to push.

Perhaps smani can merge rawhide to epel10

There was a DDOS attack on Fedora earlier that may have caused issues.  It would also be nice to branch and build for epel10.0.  Thanks!
