The PR to the 'redhat-rpm-config' package was accepted as:
  https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/redhat-rpm-config/c/e78a67a49808a1378c1f7f22d5bf6018eab934fd?branch=rawhide 
And built:
  https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-2e945f0201
Which is now present in Rawhide.

I tested the change is present in Rawhide buildroot and can be used properly.

With this, the change is complete.
