Transmission 0.71 (and earlier, 0.70) were recently release, but the package in
Fedora stays at 0.6.1-3. 

0.71 contains a lot of useful features like UPnP and better debugging support
that would be a great benefit to users.

Please update the package in Fedora to 0.71 as soon as is convenient. Thanks.

i know, i know, working on it. My right hand is in a cast, so that doesn't help :-(
