Arm support would be cool too!  We're starting to hear about Windows based
Arm virtual machines.  Being able to build QEmu Guest Agent for those would
be great.

I'm confused about what Arm64EC actually is (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/arm/arm64ec).
Is that different from regular Arm support?
