The 3.12.x series is available upstream; Rawhide is currently on 3.11.x. We should try to update as soon as we are able.

A few notes:

- It looks like this bug didn’t get filed automatically because new stable releases were “shadowed” by alpha releases of the 4.0 series. Changing the project’s monitoring status to “Monitoring stable only” or “Monitoring stable only and scratch builds” would help with that problem in the future.

- Upstream now supports using system copies of dependencies, in particular llhttp, which we were unbundling via a small downstream patch. We can drop this patch and "export AIOHTTP_USE_SYSTEM_DEPS=1" in %generate_buildrequires and %build instead.

- Cython >= 3.1.1 is required, bug 2365167.

- There is a new test dependency on https://pypi.org/project/blockbuster/, which is not packaged.
