Most likely the build failure is due to the project assuming the presence of `LIB_SUFFIX` as an input. You can provide
this variable as shown in the change proposal. If possible, please open an issue in upstream and ask them to use
`GNUInstallDirs` instead.

copr project.

Builds fine with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ginac/c/79b98f949f89e9c2c214cfc4d51ff465f3ba9c39?branch=rawhide.
Actually the failure reported in copr probably wasn't related to CMake config at all, as is
happened only on ppc64el. A scratch build passes.
