The nodejs{XY}-devel packages are not designed to be parallel-installable. However, there are no explicit Conflicts: specifiers; the packages nowadays conflict implicitly, on the file level. Let's introduce sane Conflicts specifiers so that this is made explicit. Reproducible: Always
