Description of problem:
python-colorama is in RHEL9.5+, but it's build against system python 3.6. I have a package that requires newer setuptools, so I'm building it against python 3.12. Please build python3.12-colorama in epel9.

Looks like python3.12-hatchling is missing to build this...

Decided not to pursue this for RHEL9.
