This is a flaw in golang(github.com/go-chi/chi.  The first affected version is 5.2.1, and the patched version is 5.2.2.

caddy-2.6.4-2.el8 in EPEL 8 bundles golang(github.com/go-chi/chi 4.1.2, which is from before the flaw was introduced.
