Please branch and build openspecfun in epel10/10.0.

If you do not wish to maintain openspecfun in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/openspecfun/adduser

It builds fine now.

Will you be able to branch and build openspecfun in epel10?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: orion).
