btrfs-efi failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43

Please fix btrfs-efi at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
btrfs-efi will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
btrfs-efi will be retired, if it still fails to build.

On F43 this is just an aarch64-only warning (loading an RWX segment) now being treated as an error.

But on Rawhide this now fails on all platforms, suspected binutils issue. I will file a bug against binutils with repro and link the two bugs.
